FAQ

Does resizing reduce quality?

Making an image smaller loses almost nothing; the tool scales down in steps to keep text and lines sharp. Enlarging beyond the original can look blurry.

How do I resize to an exact size like 600 x 800?

Crop with the 3:4 ratio first, then enter 600 as the width with 'Keep proportions' on. The height follows automatically.

Can I reduce the file size (KB)?

Resizing and saving as JPG at about 80% quality shrinks files a lot. For a specific KB target, try our image converter's target-size mode.

Are my images uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser, and saved images don't keep location (EXIF) data.
