How to use
- Choose a front-facing photo taken against a plain, light wall with even lighting.
- Pick the photo size, then drag and zoom so the head sits between the green and orange ovals. Use 'Straighten' if it's tilted.

FAQ
What are the US passport photo requirements?
2x2 inches, head 1 to 1 3/8 inches from chin to top of head, eyes 1 1/8 to 1 3/8 inches from the bottom, plain white or off-white background, taken in the last 6 months. Always check the official State Department rules before submitting.
Will my photo be accepted?
This tool handles size and cropping. Background, lighting, expression and glasses depend on the original photo, so check the issuing agency's rules carefully.
Can it make the background white?
It doesn't remove the original background. The fill color only covers empty space when you zoom out or rotate. To replace the background, remove it first with our background remover and open the transparent PNG here.
How do I print it at home?
Print the sheet on 4x6 in (10x15 cm) photo paper with 'Actual size' or '100%' selected. 'Fit to page' changes the size.
