How to use
- Open the page and wait 3-5 seconds for the Hz reading.
- Frequent red bars in the frame time graph mean dropped frames.
- In the UFO test, the top row should look smoother than the rows below. If the rate is lower than expected, follow the tips below.
FAQ
My 144 Hz monitor shows 60 Hz.
In Windows, go to Settings > System > Display > Advanced display and choose 144 Hz. Older cables or battery saver mode can also limit it to 60 Hz.
I use two monitors and results look odd.
The browser follows the monitor its window is on. Move the window and press Restart.
Why 143.9 Hz instead of 144?
That's normal. Many monitors run at slightly off-nominal rates and measurements have small errors. The nearest standard value is shown too.
