Does it support iPhone HEIC photos?
In browsers that can open HEIC (like Safari on iPhone or Mac), yes. In browsers that can't (like Chrome on Windows), set iPhone Settings > Camera > Formats to 'Most Compatible'.
Will quality drop?
At around 80% quality the difference is hard to see while file size drops a lot.
